Yummy Egg sandwich in glass

INGREDIENTS

For 1 serving
1 egg
0.125 cucumber
0.5 disc Pumpernickel,
(about 40 g)
100g cream cheese
salt
pepper

PREPARATION

1. 1 egg (Kl. M) in boiling water for 10 min. Hard boil, put off, let cool and peel.

2. 1/8 cucumber lengthwise into quarters, cut kernels. Cut the meat into 1/2 cm wide pieces. Cut egg into slices, 1/2 slice pumpernickel crumble gross (approximately 40 g).

3. cucumbers 100 g cream cheese, pumpernickel and egg into a sealable glass layers, sprinkle with a little salt and pepper.
