Yummy Crêpes




Crêpes

INGREDIENTS

Makes 4 pieces
80 g flour
200 ml milk
1 egg
1 pinch of salt
30 g sugar
15g butter

METHOD :

1. Place the flour, milk, egg, salt and sugar. Allow to swell for 20 minutes.
2. The butter rub the (crêpes) pan and cook crepes.
