Delicious Chocolate Cake n_n
Ingredients :
250 g flour
1 tsp baking soda
Pinch of salt
250 ml of milk
170 g butter at room temperature
180g caster sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla sugar
200g of melted chocolate

Preparation:
Preheat oven to 180 ° C.
Cream together butter and sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy.
Add eggs, one by one, then the melted and cooled chocolate and vanilla, beating at medium speed.
Combine flour, baking soda and add to ; mixture alternately dry ingredients and milk beat until the mixture is smooth.
Divide dough into 2 round pans 22 cm in diameter lined with parchment paper.
Bake 30-35 minutes or until a knife inserted in center of cake comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes, then turn out onto a rack to cool completely. n_n
