Yammy So easy n_n Apricot cake with limoncello




Ingredients n_n

• 250 g soft butter
• 200 g sugar
• 2 tablespoons vanilla sugar
• 6 eggs, separated
350 g flour
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 pinch of salt
• 1 kg of apricots
• Grated zest of 1 organic lemon
• 4 tablespoons limoncello

Preparation n_n

Preparation 60 minutes
1. Beat the butter until creamy. Gradually add sugar and vanilla sugar and mix well. Yolk gradually stir until the mixture is smooth, then stir in lemon zest and limoncello.

2. Add flour, baking powder and baking soda mix and seven. In a separate bowl, beat egg whites stiff with salt. Preheat oven to 175 degrees / gas mark 4. Occupy a baking sheet with parchment paper and then place a baking frame.

3. Add flour mixture to butter mixture gradually and mix thoroughly. 1/3 of the egg whites stir, gently fold in the rest.

4. Wash the apricots, cut in half and place cut side up close together on the dough and lightly push it. The cake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes. Toothpick making. Cover the cake with foil if necessary, should threaten the surface to be too dark.

5. Remove the cake from the oven, allow to cool and dust with icing sugar n_n
