Yammy Sandwich Paris n_n Croque madame

Ingredients for 2 Sandwich:

8 slices of bread and grated cheese, egg yolks
2 egg,
2 tablespoons of cream, pepper and slices of ham, butter and a tablespoon of Parmesan cheese (or treatment) grated.

Preparation:

Preparation time: 20 minutes
Cooking time: 15 minutes
