Butter finger Pie so Delicious 

You can Also use Twix  or Milky Way or Snickers,

Ingredients:

One pre-made graham cracker crust
One12.5 ounce bag Fun Size Butterfinger candy bars, crushed
One 8 ozpackage cream cheese, room temperature
One 12 oz container Cool Whip

 
How To Make it :

1/ Reserve ½ cup of crushed Butterfingers.
2/ Combine remaining candy bars, cream cheese and Cool
3/ Whip in a large bowl.
4/ Pour into graham cracker crust.
5/ Sprinkle reserved candy bars on top.
6/  2 hours in frigd  before serving.

 Humm  Cajun Chicken Wraps So delicious

Ingredients:


Five of  thin chicken breasts cutlets
Four  flour tortillas
shredded Colby jack cheese
shredded lettuce
Thin sliced roma tomato
And Cajun seasoning
And olive oil
One small onion, sliced

Cajun Seasoning:

1 1/2 tsp. oregano
1 1/2 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 T. garlic powder
1 tsp. thyme
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper


Preparation:

1/ Take each chicken breast and sprinkle both sides liberally with some of the Cajun seasoning.
2/ Heat about 2 T. olive oil in a skillet over med. high heat.
3/ Place the chicken breast in the pan and reduce the heat to medium.
4/ Cook for about 5 minutes per side until done.
5/ Remove and let them rest on a plate.
6/ Add a tad more oil in the pan and toss in the onions.
7/ Turn off the heat and just stir them around to collect the remaining seasoning in the pan.
8/ Slice the chicken and heat the tortillas in the microwave for about 30 seconds.
9/ Place a tortilla on the plate, cover with some of the cheese then top with 1/4 of the chicken, then some onions, lettuce and  tomato.
10/ Bring the outer edges over to the center and press slightly    to seal.
11/ Repeat with remaining tortillas.
12/ Serve with a side of sour cream if you prefer.

Mix all together and store in an airtight container.

Ingredients


 Peanut Butter Buttercream


12 tablespoons softened unsalted butter,
cut into 1/2-inch pieces
1 cup peanut butter
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 large egg whites
1/8 teaspoon salt


 Chocolate Coating

8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, finely chopped
1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil

 Chocolate Cupcakes
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/3 cup cocoa powder
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 large egg
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/3 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup all purpose flour


How to make it :

1/oven to 350 degrees F.
2/ Line muffin pan with 10 cupcake cups.
3/In medium bowl combine flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
4/In larger bowl combine sugar, buttermilk, oil, egg, and vanilla. 5/Add dry mixture and whisk until smooth.
6/ Spoon batter into cupcake cups, dividing evenly.
 8/Let cool in pan for 10 minutes and then transfer cupcakes to wire rack. Cool completely.
10/Combine sugar, egg whites, and salt in bowl of electric stand mixer.
11/Set bowl over pan of simmering water.
12/ Gently whisk until mixture registers 160 degrees F on instant-read thermometer.
13/Immediately transfer bowl to electric stand mixer.
15/On medium speed, add butter one piece at a time, until combined and creamy.
16/Whip in peanut butter and vanilla, and beat until smooth.
Transfer buttercream to pastry bag fitted with a plain 1/2-inch tip
17/Pipe 1/3 cup frosting onto each cupcake.
18/Chill cupcakes in refrigerator until buttercream is completely firm, about 1 hour.
19/Once the cupcakes have chilled, make the chocolate coating. Place oil and chocolate in a medium bowl and melt over a pan of gently simmering water.
20/Stir until chocolate has melted and mixture is smooth. 21/Transfer to a large coffee mug.
22/Holding cupcake by the bottom, carefully dip into the chocolate.
23/Be sure to submerge all of the buttercream.
24/Pull up and hold for a few seconds to let excess chocolate drip off.
25/Transfer to cooling rack and repeat with remaining cupcakes.

Ingredients:


5 medallions of hake a total of about 250 gr. (Can also be hake fillets)
 lettuce, 300 gr. mayonnaise 12 surimi sticks, 250 gr, including shrimps and prawns (is what I had in the freezer) and salt.

and y can  add 3 eggs and some caviar for garnish.


Preparation:

1/The salads are very easy to make, first Boil the eggs, hake, shrimps and prawns, all separately. 2/Cooking times are roughly the following: Hake: 16 mn, prawns and shrimp. 3 or 4 eggs 12 once the water starts to boil. 3/Meanwhile, cut into pieces of surimi sticks and lettuce.

4/When everything is cooked, the shells of eggs and peel the prawns are removed, all part chopped, reserving a few prawns, the better the largest and most colorful, and mix everything with half the lettuce.

5/Then add salt and mayonnaise stirring all over again.

In Final  Then put the salad on a platter and surround yourself with lettuce, oil and salt. Finally it is decorated with prawns we had secluded and some caviar for color.

Humm The Boston Cream Pie So Delicious

Ingredients:


For the cake:

4 eggs
120g flour 1 packet yeast)
2 c. cornflour
3 or 4 c. tablespoons of milk
Very soft butter 225g
Sugar 170g
1 c. coffee vanilla extract

For the custard:
12cl of milk
12 cl whipping cream
yellow 3 large eggs
2 c. in s. sugar
1 c. in s. flour
1 vanilla bean or 1 c. c. vanilla extract

For the ganache:
1 c. Coffee Butter
Dessert chocolate 150g
15cl whipping cream
1 c. coffee vanilla extract

Preparation:

1 / Preheat oven to 180 ° C.
2 / in the bowl of a mixer, put all your ingredients for the cake except milk
 3 / mix until blended.
4 / Continue to mix in small strokes adding milk until the dough is smooth and a little liquid.
5 / Pour into a cake pan buttered and floured.
6 / Cook for about 25 min. Let cool 10 minutes before démouler
7/ then cut the sponge cake in half horizontally.

8 / Prepare the custard: In a saucepan heat the milk and cream with the vanilla bean split,
9 / boil and let steep for 10 min fire off.
10 / Whisk the egg yolks with the sugar until pale and creamy. 11 / Add the flour and vanilla extract if using.
12 / Add the milk to the mixture before stirring constantly until the mixture is smooth.
13 / Pour into a saucepan and heat over low heat, stirring until thickened.
14 / Pour into a bowl and let cool taking care to cover the cream with parchment paper.

15 / When the sponge cake and cream are cooled, prepare the ganache.
16 / Melt in the microwave all the ingredients of the ganache and stir until a smooth ganache.
17 / Let it cool a little but not too much, it must remain liquid.

18/ Déchirez 4 strips of parchment paper and place them right-angle square on the platter have your top half of sponge cake and cover with pastry cream.
19 / Cover of the second half. Cover with the ganache.

1 . sliced imitation crab meat
1/2 . self rising flour
1/4  onion, finely sliced
1/2 . finely diced sharp cheese
1 tsp. ole bay seasoning
1 massive egg, beaten
oz. canned white crab meat, drained
1 . cornmeal
1/4 - 1/2 milk

 Preparation

<In a bowl mix the meal and therefore the flour,
<add within the crab meat, onion, imitation crab, cheese and seasonings. Stir to mix.
<Add the egg and 1/4 C. milk to begin, add a bit additional milk if required to make a stiff batter, not loose like quick bread. <Heat the oil in a very deep frier to 350 degrees, if you do not have a deep frier pour 2" of oil in a very deep cooking pan. employing a tiny frozen dessert scoop, scoop the batter and thoroughly lower into the new oil, operating in batches.
Once they begin to float and brown, roll them around within the oil to brown all sides
.< Fry them for 5-7 minutes or till golden brown and boiled through. take a look at one for doneness, mine took concerning six minutes.
<Drain on a paper sack or towel lined plate.
Serve with condiment or sauce.

Humm The italian meatloaf

Ingredients:

1 lb. ground beef
3/4 C. Italian bread crumbs
2 slices white bread, crumbled
1/2 lb. ground mild Italian sausage
1 small onion, finely chopped
1/2 C. chopped bell pepper (I used orange, it was all I had in the freezer)
1 tsp. olive oil
3/4 C. Italian bread crumbs
2 slices white bread, crumbled
1 T. milk
8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese, reserve 3/4 C. for topping
1/4 C. parmesan cheese
1 C. marinara sauce, plus 1/2 -3/4 C. more for topping
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. parsley
1 egg, beaten


Preparation:

1/In a small skillet, heat the olive oil over med. high heat and sauté
the onion and bell pepper for 3-4 minutes, remove from heat. In a large bowl, add the meats, onion and peppers along with all remaining ingredients reserving 3/4 C. mozzarella cheese for topping.
 2/Now, dive in there with the best tools God gave you, your hands and combine everything really good.
3/Once it has all come together, place and mold the mixture in a baking dish of your choice. I used my oval
4/Portuguese stoneware for ours. Spoon 1/2 to 3/4 C. of the marinara sauce on top and spread around.
 5/Place in a 400 degree oven for 50 minutes.
6/Remove from the oven and top with the remaining cheese and sprinkle a little dry basil over the top.
 7*Return to the oven for 10 more minutes.
 8*Make sure the meat is not pink before serving, baking time will vary depending on the thickness of your loaf.
Mine was about 2" thick.

INGREDIENTS


6 slices bacon
Sliced cheese (I used Colby Jack)
2 pounds ground beef
1 pound pork sausage
1 small onion, chopped
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
2 eggs, lightly beaten
3/4 cup bread crumbs (I used Panko, available in the Asian food department)
1/3 cup ketchup


PREPARATION :

Combine the meats, eggs, bread crumbs, ketchup, seasoned salt, and Italian seasoning.
Divide in half.
Form one half into a loaf and place it in a treated casserole dish.
 Place sliced cheese on top, leaving an inch border all the way around on the outside.
Put the other half of the meat on top of the cheese, and press down on the edges to seal.
 Drape bacon over top of the meatloaf, overlapping slightly, and tuck the ends underneath.
Bake at 350 D F. for 80_90  minutes or until you get an internal reading of 160 D F. Let the meatloaf rest a few minutes before slicing.

Ingredients:

5 flour tortillas (the larger ones)
shredded cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce (I used a little more to taste)
1 tablespoon ketchup
sliced tomatoes
yellow mustard
1 lb ground beef
1 teaspoon dried minced onion


Preparation:

1/   Brown ground beef in large skillet and drain.
2/    Add Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, dried onion, and salt and pepper to the beef and simmer for 5_8  minutes.
3/   Sprinkle shredded cheese down center of each tortilla.
4/    Add a few heaping tablespoons of the beef mixture on top of the cheese.
5/   Spread some mustard on top of the beef along with some slices of tomato.
6/    Roll up tortilla burrito-style and place wraps on preheated indoor grill (I used my George Foreman).
7/   Grill wraps for about 5_8  minutes until cheese is melted.

Humm Stuffed Meatloaf Roll So delicious

Ingredients :

1 teaspoon leaf oregano
1 8 oz can tomato sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 cans crescent rolls
2 pounds of lean ground beef
1 cup chopped black olives
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup dry bread crumbs
2 eggs beaten
1 chopped onion
1 chopped bell pepper
1 cup chopped mushrooms

Preparation :

In large bowl, combine beef, crumbs, egg, onion, salt and oregano. Stir in 1/2 tomato sauce; set aside.
Cut 2 pieces of waxed paper 15 inches long.
Unroll crescent roll dough and don't separate.
Lay end to end on top of wax paper and place second piece of wax paper on top.
Now take rolling pin and roll the dough out till it's half the thickness that it was originally .
Place meat mixture in center and spread out over dough Sprinkle meat with cheese,bell pepper mushrooms and olives top with remaining tomato sauce.
Roll up meat, jelly-roll fashion, starting at narrow end; use wax paper to help. Place seam side down .
Place in non-stick 9-1/4-in. x 5-1/2 in. x 2-3/4-in. bread pan. Bake at 375 degrees F for 30 minutes.
Drain off any fat that accumulates; return to oven for 30 minutes. I also did it

1 8 oz. package cheese.
2 cups grated cheese .
1 cup dressing.
1 tiny red onion, diced (you will use sliced inexperienced onions yet or omit onions if you don’t like them).

Preparation:

1. Place all ingredients during a shallow baking dish (a 9″ sq. pan or spherical quiche pan are perfect!)
2. Microwave on high for regarding two minutes or till the ingredients ar fusible .
3. Stir till combined.
4. Bake at 350 for twenty minutes .n_n

 Easy Way to cook  Butter Cake Recipe


   Ingredients

     4 eggs
     ½ tsp salt
     7 oz (200g) plain flour/all purpose flour
    4 tablespoons fresh milk or yogurt
    1 teaspoon vanilla essence
    7 oz (200g) castor sugar
    1 tsp baking powder
    2 1/3 sticks (total of 250g) unsalted butter n_n
   Preparation:
     1- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
     2- Lightly grease the pan (loaf pan, mini loaf pan, 8×8, or   9×9) with some butter.
     3- Mix the flour and the baking powder together and sieve. Add in salt and mix well. Set aside.
     4- Use an electronic beater to mix butter and sugar until well combined or pale yellow in color.
     5- Add in the first egg. Beat well after each addition of egg until creamy.
     6- Scrape down the sides for even mixing.
     7- Add in vanilla essence and mix well.
     8- Fold in the flour into the mixture and mix well.
     9- Finally, add in the milk/yogurt.
     10- Pour the mixture into the greased baking pan. Shake it lightly to distribute cake mixture evenly.
     11- Bake until golden brown and cooked, about 40 minutes. Use a cake tester to test if it’s cooked.
     12- Remove it from the oven and let cool  n_n

Ingredients:

2 slices of bread,
4 black pitted olives,
4 cherry tomatoes, cream cheese with herbs and a little mayonnaise.

Preparation:

The edges of the bread are cut and flatten with a rolling pin
. Then the slice of bread is cut into four parts with rounded short pasta.
And put on a steamy few minutes to crisp up. This is not necessary, but it will be the most crisp and rich canapés.
Moreover tomatoes are cut into two parts. And in every part a small cut is made.
To mount the couch,
 smeared some cheese on bread and tomato puts it, opening a little party to look like wings.
Are halved black olives and half as a head sets.
Finally, some dots with a toothpick put mayonnaise to simulate marks wings ladybugs

And so we have a good, nice and cheap canapés.

Ingredients:

2 sheets of pastry,
250 gr. dates,
17 slices of smoked bacon,
5 slices cheese and an egg.

Preparation:

It extends one of the masses of pastry and put on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper

On the ground a layer of bacon covering everything gets.
Then a cheese
Another of dates to which they previously removed bone.
And finally another of bacon.
Finally it is covered with another plate of pastry, smeared with beaten egg, prick with a fork and placed in the oven << 35 minutes
Upon removal is decorated with dates and also I have made it a physalis to give you a little note of color.

Yamy Red Velvet Cake w+ Oreo Cream Cheese Frosting topped w+ a Dark Chocolate Coating.

















Ingredients for The Cake

2 cup buttermilk
2 Tablespoon vinegar
2 teaspoon vanilla
4 oz. red food coloring
5 cups all purpose flour
4cups sugar
2 Tablespoon cocoa
2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon baking soda
4 eggs
3 cups oil


Preparation:

Pre heat oven to 350

Greece and flour 4  8 inch cake pans set aside.
Whisk eggs together, add in oil, buttermilk, vinegar, vanilla and food coloring. Set aside.
Sift all of your dry ingredients together.
In the bowl of your electric mixer on medium/low speed add in your dry ingredients to your wet 1 cup at a time until they are all combined.
Split batter up evenly between all 4 cake pans.
Bake for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick is inserted and comes out clean.
Let the cakes cool for about 20 minutes then flip out of your cake pans onto cooking racks.


Ingredients for Frosting:
2 packages of cream cheese at room temperature
1 cup of heavy whipping cream
4 cups of powdered sugar
1 package of double stuffed oreos


Preparation:


In your food processor blend the oreos into crumbs.


In the bowl of your electric mixer whip your heavy cream until soft peeks form. Add in your cream cheese and whip until they are combined.  Mix in powdered sugar on medium/low speed. Wiping down the sides of the bowl as needed to ensure everything is evenly mixed. Fold in oreo crumbs.



Bring a pot of water to a boil. Place a heat proof bowl over the top of the simmering water.

Add in chocolate and heavy cream stir continuously until melted.

Stir in sugar.

It should be at a pourable constancy... if not you can add some water 1 tsp at a time until it is.

Remove from heat and allow to cool for about 15 minutes.

Place in the refrigerator and remove it 1 hour before serving.

Yammy n_n Scalloped Root Vegetables with Ham and Crispy Fried Onions

Ingredients:


1 large parsnip
About 1 lb of your leftover Smithfield Ham cut into small pieces
4 tbs butter
4 tbs all purpose flour
2 cups whole milk
8 oz extra sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 large red potato
1 large sweet potato
4 oz cream cheese, room temperature
4 cloves of garlic, minced
1 medium onion (I used red) sliced thin
1 cup flour
1 large golden beet
1/2 cup shredded American cheese (I asked my deli to slice a chunk of it off for me, so I can shred it at home)
oil for deep frying


Preparation:


Wash, peel and slice all of your root vegetables.
 I sliced mine to be about 1/4 inch thick.
 Arrange in the bottom of a large baking dish with leftover ham. Set aside

In a medium sauce pan, melt butter with your garlic over medium heat, whisk in 4 tbs of flour and form a paste.

Quickly whisk in 2 cups of milk until smooth. Heat until it comes to a low boil.

Fold in shredded cheeses and cream cheese, mix until smooth. Salt and pepper cheese sauce to taste. Pour over the top of your casserole.

To prepare onions, toss thin slices in flour and evenly coat. Fry one small handful at a time until crisp. Remove from oil and set onions on paper towels to drain off an access oil. Lightly salt.

Top casserole with onions and bake for about 35 minutes or until vegetable slices are fork tender.

Ingredients:

1 cup water
1 1/4 cups powdered sugar
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1/8 tsp salt
1 tsp brown sugar 1 cup all purpose flour
4 eggs
Vegetable oil for deep frying

Preparation:


In a medium sauce add 1 cup of water, butter, salt, brown sugar and flour together.
Mix and cook all
allow to cool for about 10 minutes.

Meanwhile heat frying oil to 365 degrees.

 mix in eggs, one at a time fully incorporating each before adding in the next.

Once the batter is smooth, using rubber spatula scrape the batter into a pastry bag fitted with a star tip.  The bigger the tip the larger the crullers
Spray 12-14 squares of parchment paper with cooking spray.

Pipe 3 inch circles of batter on to each square.

Once they are all piped and the frying oil is heated drop 2-3 crullers into the hot oil. This is tricky, they can easily get messed up, don't fret if they don't from perfect circles once dropped into the oil.

Fry crullers for about 2-3 minutes, flipping half way through to evenly brown. Once they are golden brown, remove from oil and place on paper towels to drain and cool.

Once the crullers have finished frying and have cooled to room temperature. Prepare your glaze by whisking powdered sugar and maple syrup together until smooth.

Dunk each cruller in the glaze evenly coating them. Place on a drying rack to dry for about 20 minutes.

Yammy CHICKEN IN CREAM SAUCE n_n




This chicken is so creamy that no one can resist.n_n



Ingredients for 4 people:
A kilo of chicken thighs,
medium onion,
oil
a glass of water,
 half a cup (of wine) white wine,
 half teaspoon (of coffee) meat extract,
 250 ml. cream for cooking,
 juice of half a lemon,
a tablespoon of mixed herbs (oregano, parsley and thyme), salt, pepper and a teaspoon of cornstarch.

Preparation:

Preparation time: 20 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes
Oil in the pressure cooker is placed and when hot add the spiced her thighs and onion cut into small pieces. Brown them well and then herbs, water, lemon juice and wine are added.

Ingredients n_n

• 250 g soft butter
• 200 g sugar
• 2 tablespoons vanilla sugar
• 6 eggs, separated
350 g flour
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 pinch of salt
• 1 kg of apricots
• Grated zest of 1 organic lemon
• 4 tablespoons limoncello

Preparation n_n

Preparation 60 minutes
1. Beat the butter until creamy. Gradually add sugar and vanilla sugar and mix well. Yolk gradually stir until the mixture is smooth, then stir in lemon zest and limoncello.

2. Add flour, baking powder and baking soda mix and seven. In a separate bowl, beat egg whites stiff with salt. Preheat oven to 175 degrees / gas mark 4. Occupy a baking sheet with parchment paper and then place a baking frame.

250 ml of milk
170 g butter at room temperature
180g caster sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla sugar
200g of melted chocolate

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 180 ° C.

    2 bananas - fresh or frozen
    1/2 cup pistachios, hazelnuts, or raw cashews
    3 tablespoons honey or => 1/4 cup raw pitted dates (chopped)
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1/2 teaspoon finely minced ginger
    Pinch of salt
    2 cups ice or 1 cup of ice if using frozen bananas

Instructions

    Place all the ingredients in the jar in the order listed.
    Start on variable speed 1, turn the machine on and slowly increase to speed 10, then flip high. Blend until smooth (about 1 minute)

If you have high cholesterol, Egg Beaters or egg white might be better for you as the whites contain significantly less sodium, fat and cholesterol while maintaining a large amount of protein. Egg yolks do contain vitamin D, folate, and calcium, though, so your egg consumption should depend on your preferences and health needs. If you prefer the taste of real eggs but are trying to cut cholesterol, try this recipe with 4 complete eggs and an additional 6 egg whites

Ingredients

  1/2 teaspoon celtic salt
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
    1 teaspoon hot sauce
    1 bunch of cilantro, chopped finely by hand
    1 tablespoon cold pressed extra virgin olive oil
    1 small red or green pepper (seeds removed)
    2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
    2 cups of chopped mushrooms
    4 scallions/green onions, sliced
    8 organic, free-range eggs OR equivocal amount Egg Beaters n_n
        
       Instructions

   Preheat the oven to 350ºF (176ºC).
  To dry chop the ingredients, start on Variable 1 and use the pulse function (or turn off and on) five to six times, for one to two seconds per pulse. First, the garlic, then add the scallions and bell pepper. Scoop those out and then do the same with the mushrooms.

Ingredients:

  
    1 Tbsp fresh thyme leaves
    Salt & pepper to taste
    1 large russet baking potato
    5 medium carrots
    1 small - medium gala apple
    1/4 of a medium sweet onion
    1 1/2 Tbsp olive oil
    1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
    2 cups filtered water
     for garnish :  Paprika & thyme sprigs n_n

Preparation
:

   we  Slicing all veggies and apple into equal size pieces.
    Heat oil in medium sauce pan over medium-high heat, add onion, potato, carrots and apple. Add in crushed red pepper and salt .
    Cook, stirring occasionally until everything is slightly tender, yet still has a bite to it. Once you've reached this point, add in 1/2 the thyme and let cook for another minute .
    Add the water, cover and allow to boil over med-high heat until everything is very soft. It's important to cook until very soft versus fork tender to ensure a smooth consistency.
    Turn off the heat and allow to cool slightly in pan. Place everything in blender jar and secure the lid. Blend until smooth.
  
    Stir in the rest of the thyme and add more salt .
    Pour into 4 individual bowls and garnish with paprika and thyme sprigs. n_n

are you  always looking for new ways to dress up cauliflower?
Parsley is so healthy too , with  Jen and with parsley n_n

 creamy , cheesy parsley cauliflower n_n

Delicious side dish for creamy and cheesy cauliflower that uses fresh, flat-leaf parsley for added nutrition, flavor and interest.  If desired, you can use less cream cheese.  I was just experimenting.  It was a good experiment - real creamy and cheesy.  I used Gouda cheese for this, but I'm thinking Cheddar cheese or smoked Cheddar cheese would be awesome as well.

3/4  tsp salt (3 mL)
1/4  tsp white pepper (1 mL)
2 lbs cauliflower florets, cooked (0.9 kg)
1/2  cup flat-leaf parsley (125 mL)
8 oz regular cream cheese (250 g)
1/4  cup sour cream (60 mL)
2 cups grated cheese, (500 mL)
  such as Gouda, OR Cheddar,  divided
1/4  cup flat-leaf parsley, for garnish (60 mL)

If  y want y can ,ç,  Paprika sprinkle for garnish w <3

Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).

In 1 qt (1 L) casserole dish combine cooked cauliflower florets and parsley.

In food processor or mixer, process cream cheese, sour cream, salt and white pepper.  Add 1 cup (250 mL) grated Gouda, OR Cheddar cheese; process.  Combine with cauliflower and parsley in casserole dish.  Sprinkle with remaining cheese and parsley.  Bake 25 minutes until hot and .  Sprinkle with some paprika for color. if you love  paprika  n_n
