Pumpkin Bread

INGREDIENTS :

For 4 loaves
500 g wheat flour
500 g spelled flour
1 tablespoon salt
1 cube of yeast
1 tsp sugar
125g butter
250ml milk
300 g pumpkin puree
200 g pumpkin, finely grated
50g pumpkin seeds
2 tbsp pumpkin seeds for sprinkling

METHOD :

1. Sift the flour into a bowl, in the center forms a trough and spread the salt on the rim. Can also be as per your taste 1 tablespoon a little more, because the pumpkin is rather sweet.
