Spinach Salmon with puff

INGREDIENTS


300 g frozen spinach
1 onion
1 clove garlic
1 tablespoon butter
2 tsp flour
150ml milk
150ml whipping cream
Salt
Pepper
Nutmeg
3 eggs,

150 g smoked salmon,
(In pieces)
1 egg yolk,

1 Pk. Puff,
(275 g, 42x25 cm, in the refrigerated section)

PREPARATION

1. Thaw spinach according to package directions, squeeze it well. Finely chop the onion and garlic. Melt butter, both sauté it. Spinach admit flour over dust and sweat.
