Chocolate- Chili Cake

Ingredients


100g dark chocolate
100g butter
150 g sugar
150 g flour
1 El baking powder
5 El cocoa powder
1.5 tsp dried chilli flakes
1 egg
1 egg yolk
125 ml milk
400 g strawberries
350 g whipped cream
3 tsp icing sugar

Preparation

1. break chocolate coarsely and melt with butter and sugar in a hot water bath. Let cool lukewarm.

2. flour, baking powder, cocoa and chili flakes mix. Only eggs, egg yolks and milk, then stir in the chocolate mixture. In a greased spring form pan fill (24 cm ø) and bake in preheated oven at 160 degrees (convection 150 degrees) on the middle rack for 45 min. Bake. Allow to cool in the mold.

Wash, clean and slice 3. strawberries. Whip the cream until stiff, leave this sprinkle 2 tsp icing sugar.

4. Loosen the cake from the spring form pan, halve horizontally. Then the lower part of Brush with cream and top with strawberries. Cut the top in 12 pieces of cake and put on the strawberry cream. Serve sprinkled with icing sugar.
