Yammy Moist & tender brownies

Ingredients


2 1/4 cups sugar
2 cups chocolate chips
1 1/2 cups flour
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x13 baking sheet.
4 eggs 1/4 cup of cocoa teaspoon of baking powder tea n teaspoon espresso tea powder tablespoon vanilla soup cup unsalted butter


Instructions:

Beat eggs, cocoa, baking powder, coffee powder and vanilla until smooth ..
Melt the butter in the microwave in a small bowl in the microwave. Add sugar and mix with the melted butter. mixture of microwaves in about 15 seconds increments, mixing each time, until the mixture is warmed to 120 degrees, but not foaming. It should take a look bright when it is ready. Heating of this mixture will dissolve more sugar and give a brilliant crust on top of the cookies. You can also do this step in a saucepan over low heat .. Add butter mixture to the egg mixture and mix until smooth. Microwave chocolate in about 20 seconds increments until fairly soft, but not completely melted .. Add flour and chocolate chips to the batter and mix until smooth .. Pour the batter into the pan and bake for about 30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs .. When done, remove from oven and cool
