Pan-fried vegetables with egg

Ingredients

For 2 servings
1 red bell pepper
1 yellow pepper
150 g herb oyster
150 g Zucchini
8 stalks lemon thyme
2 stalks of parsley
2 tablespoons olive oil
40 g of raw ham cubes
Salt Pepper
noble sweet Hungarian paprika
2 eggs,
10 g Grana Padano,
 Lemon oil,


 
Preparation
