Recipe Quick Peanuts in Less Than 36 Minutes



 
Recipe quick peanuts  36 min

Ingredients:

Serves 4
400 g tofu, (at a time)
4 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons dry sherry
1 pink grapefruit
1 cucumber
1 red chilli
1 small clove of garlic
3 tablespoons rice vinegar
Salt
3 tsp sugar
10 g fresh ginger
4 tablespoons lime juice pepper
6 tablespoons olive oil leaves of
8 stalks of mint
1 fresh coriander
1 spring onion
4 tbsp roasted peanuts
2 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tablespoon butter Moreover freezer bags

Method:
1. Drain the tofu and cut in half lengthwise. Give with soy sauce and sherry in a freezer bag and marinate 15 minutes.

2. grapefruit peel, remove the white skin completely. Fillets between the separating skins cut out. Juice reserved. Halve cucumber lengthwise, remove seeds, cut into about 1/2 cm thick slices.
