Yamm Spicy pork ears


Spicy pork ears

Ingredients


3 puff pastry sheets (22x12 cm)
1 teaspoon chopped parsley
1 tsp chopped rosemary
1 teaspoon chopped thyme
2 tablespoons oil
75 g grated Comté salt
Pepper

Preparation

Defrost the puff pastry on a floured surface 1. plates. Mix parsley, rosemary and thyme with oil and spread on the dough sheets.
2. Spread the dough sheets Comté and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Turn dough sheets of the short sides of each to the middle and then fold again in the middle.
3. 20 minutes. Refrigerate and then cut into 1 cm wide pieces. Passed with the cut side up on a lined baking paper.
4. Bake in preheated oven at 210 degrees (fan oven 190 degrees) on the 2nd shelf from the bottom 10-12 minutes to bake.. Allow to cool on a wire rack and serve.
