Yamm Dish Lasagna with Spinach

Ingredients


Serves 4
4 sheets of lasagne salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
200 g baby spinach leaves
3 shallots
250 g cherry tomatoes pepper
250 g ricotta
1 egg yolk,
(Cl. M)
30 g parmesan,
 Nutmeg


 

Preparation

1. lasagna sheets in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente 4-5 minutes. Lift with a ladle carefully out of the water and next to each other on a lightly oiled plate. Surface brush with a little oil.

2. Wash the spinach. Finely dice the shallots. Residual Heat oil in a pan and fry the shallots until translucent. Add tomatoes and fry for short. Give drip Assen spinach in the pan and coincide. Season with salt and pepper.

3. Drain the ricotta and stir with egg yolk and 20 g Parmesan smooth. Season with salt, pepper and freshly grated nutmeg.

4. Place the sheets of lasagne on 4 oven proof dish. Depending 1 tablespoon ricotta give up one half of the plate and top with spinach and tomatoes. Lasagne sheets folded and spread remaining ricotta to the surface. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan and bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes on the second shelf from the bottom baked (not gas 3, convection recommended). Serve immediately.
