Yummy The Heart Cake

Ingredients


For 16 pieces
2 slices of sponge cake Vienna (à 180 g)
6 sheets of white gelatine
500 g fat quark
4 tablespoons sugar
4 tablespoons milk
500 g strawberries
2 Pk. Strengthener cream
1 Pk. Vanilla sugar
600 ml whipping cream
1 tsp icing sugar

Method :

1. From a Paper Heart template in the diameter of the biscuit base (about 25 cm) cut. Cut out a heart using the template in any soil. Biscuit radicals cancel.
