Baked beans (Baked Beans Cassoulet)

ingredients



1 can of baked beans
1 tsp sep. thyme,
100 g dry stale baguette
3 tablespoons olive oil
4 slices of bacon
2 eggs
  olive oil


 
How ??

1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees (fan not recommended). 1 can of baked beans (415 g capacity) in an ovenproof dish (length 27 cm) and give sep with 1 tsp. Thyme mix. In a hot oven on the rack in the middle of the oven for 15 minutes. Bake.

2. Meanwhile, 100 g of dry stale baguette in a freezer bag crumble with a saucepan. Spread on the beans and sprinkle with 3 tablespoons olive oil. Place 4 slices of bacon to 2 rings on the crumbs and pour in 2 eggs  Egg whites with salt and further 12-15 minutes. Bake. Hot Serve drizzled with a little olive oil.
