Puff pastry with goat cheese


Ingredients

For 12 units
1 large red onion
8 stalks of thyme
250 g fresh goat cheese
6 TK-puff plates (à 75 g)
6 tsp acacia honey


Preparation

1. 1 large red onion finely dice. Chop leaves from 8 stalks of thyme finely, mix with 250 g of fresh goat cheese and diced onion.
2. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees (fan not recommended). 6 TK-puff pastry (à 75 g) half crosswise, set on 2 sheets with parchment paper. Spread goat cheese mixture in the center of the square, while all around have a 2 inch margin free and sprinkle with 6 tsp acacia honey. Sheets sequentially in a hot oven on the bottom rack 12-15 minutes. Bake.
