INGREDIENTS n_n
1 medium onion, sliced
3 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges
3 medium cucumbers, peeled and sliced
1 cup water
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon fresh coarse ground black pepper
and 1/4 cup oil
Combine ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
make in Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving n_n
